अनय बहुत ही गरीब लड़का था , जैसे उसका नाम था वह बहुत ही सीधा था | अनय अपनी गरीबी से बहुत ही परेशान रहता था और अपनी माँ से हमेसा कहता था माँ हमारी गरीबी कब दूर होगी | फिर उसकी माँ कहती है की बेटा सही समय आने पैर हमारी भी गरीबी दूर हो जाएगी बस तुम मेहनत करते रहो |

अनय के दोस्त उसका बहुत ही मजाक उड़ाते थे , लेकिन वह किसी भी बात का बुरा नहीं मानता था बस सुनता जाता था | एक दिन की बात है अनय सो रहा था और उसको सपना आया की उसके घर में सोने के सिक्का की बारिश हो रहा है और वह एक आमिर आदमी बन गया | लेकिन कुछ देर बाद जब उसकी नींद खुली तो देखा कुछ नहीं है, लेकिन वह बहुत ही खुश था और जल्दी से जा कर अपने दोस्त अक्षांश को बताया | वह हसने लगा और बोला हा मैंने भी एक सपना देखा है की मैंने सोने का घड़ा पाया है | फिर क्या था सब लोग एक साथ हसने लगे, इसके बाद अनय अपने खेतो में काम करने जाने लगा और जब कुछ देर काम किया तो अचानक उसको एक घड़ा दिखा वह, वहाँ जल्दी से गया और देखा एक घड़ा है और उसमे सोने के सिक्के भरे है | लेकिन अनय सोचने लगा या तो मेरा सपना नहीं है यह तो मेरे दोस्त अक्षांश का सपना है |

फिर वह जल्दी से उसके पास गया और बोला तेरा सपना सच हो गया है सोने का घड़ा मेरे खेत में है जाकर ले लो | फिर क्या था अक्षांश को पहले लगा अनय उसको बेवकूफ बना रहा है, लें फिर भी वह खेत में घड़ा देखने पहुंच गया और देखा घड़ा तो है लेकिन उसके ऊपर साँप भरे है | उसको बहुत ही गुस्सा आया और बोला अनय ने मुझको बेवक़ूफ़ बनाया है| आज रात मै उसको मजा चखाता हूँ, फिर क्या था अक्षांश घड़ा रात में लेकर अनय के घर गया और उसके छत के ऊपर से उसके ऊपर घड़ा पलट दिया| फिर क्या था सारे साँप एक साथ निकल कर भाग गए और नीचे पड़े सोने के सिक्के अनय के ऊपर गिरने लगे | यह देख अनय उठ गया और जोर – जोर से चिल्लाने लगा माँ मेरा सपना सच हो गया | आज हम अमीर बन गए और इधर अक्षांश को बहुत ही पछतावा हो रहा था की उसने सोने का सिक्का सब अनय को दे दिया | काश उसने पूरा घड़ा पहले देख लिया होता तो उसको पता चल जाता की साँप के नीचे सोने का सिक्का है | और फिर क्या था अनय की माँ का कही बात सच हो गयी की सब्र का फल मीठा होता है |

Anay was a very poor boy, as his name was he was very straightforward. Anay used to be very troubled by his poverty and always used to tell his mother, when will our poverty go away. Then his mother says that son, at the right time, our poverty will also go away, just keep working hard.

Anay's friends used to make fun of him a lot, but he did not feel bad about anything, just kept listening. It is a matter of one day that Anay was sleeping and he had a dream that gold coin is raining in his house and he became a Aamir man. But after some time when he woke up, he saw nothing, but he was very happy and went quickly and told his friend Latitude. He started laughing and said yes I have also had a dream that I have found a pot of gold. Then what was it that everyone started laughing together, after that Anay went to work in his fields and when he worked for some time suddenly he saw a pot, he went there quickly and saw that there is a pot and it is full of gold coins. | But other started thinking either it is not my dream, it is my friend Latitude's dream.

Then he quickly went to her and said that your dream has come true, the pot of gold is in my field, go and take it. Then what was it that Latitude first felt that others are fooling him, even then he reached the field to see the pot and saw the pot is there but snakes are full on it. He got very angry and said that Anay has made a fool of me. Tonight I make him taste the fun, then what was the latitude, took the pot in the night and went to Anay's house and overturned the pitcher on top of his roof. Then what was the matter, all the snakes ran away together and the gold coins lying below started falling on others. Seeing this, Anay got up and started shouting loudly, mother, my dream has come true. Today we became rich and here Latitude was very sorry that he gave the gold coin to all others. I wish he had seen the whole pitcher earlier, then he would have come to know that there is a gold coin under the snake. And then what was said by Anay's mother that the fruit of patience is sweet.
